Transform Lives with Personalized Fitness Coaching

Succeed in a role that empowers individuals to live pain-free without surgery, burn marks, or needles. As a Remote Personal Fitness Trainer, you'll take ownership of client outcomes and transform our founder's playbook into a repeatable, scale-ready engine.

  • Deliver High-Quality Rehab & Fitness Sessions: Run assessments and small-group classes that cut client pain scores by ≥ 40% within six weeks.
  • Build & Optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Document and refine protocols, video-library lessons, and assessment checklists so every coach follows the same gold standard.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Feed success stories to Marketing, flag operational bottlenecks early, and co-create new niche programs (e.g., shoulder rehab).
  • Data-Driven Rhythm: Track utilisation, session ratings, and churn in shared Google Sheets; surface insights.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year in corrective-exercise, fitness, or sports-science roles with a track record of measurable pain-relief outcomes.
  • A grasp of kinesiology, posture assessment, and program design.
  • Comfort with Google Sheets dashboards, basic CRM tools, ChatGPT, and Zoom/online coaching.
  • Certifications such as ACE, NASM, CSCS, or CPT.

Nice-to-Haves: If you have experience in online-coaching platforms, familiarity with video-based learning systems or AI-powered workout tools, a background in women's health, menopause, or chronic-pain populations, or exposure to supplement cross-selling, it will be an added advantage.

Skills You'll Bring: As a successful candidate, you'll possess good communication skills, first aid, customer service skills, AED operation knowledge, and certification in CPR, CSCS, Kinesiology, CPT, Surgery, Fitness, and Transparency. Your ability to work with software like Google Sheets and CRM tools will also be beneficial.
