Clinic Assistant

Job Highlights:

  • A subsidiary of a well-established healthcare group.
  • Work schedule: 5.5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday, 9am to 1pm.
  • Work locations: Farrer Park and/or Novena, with flexibility to travel between both sites.

Our specialist clinics offer high-quality treatments for Ear, Nose, and Throat conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational duties at the outpatient clinic.
  • Register patients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Process billing transactions under various Government schemes and managed care programs.
  • Manage inventory and replenish medicines and consumable items.
  • Operate the Clinic Management System (CMS).
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Clinic Supervisor.

Required Skills:

  • Entry-level specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in outpatient operations and/or a valid nurse practicing certificate is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MOH regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
