Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients and families with discharge procedures, including payment collection and financial counseling.
  • Conduct follow-up appointments for inpatients and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
