Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing appointment schedules and handling patient registration efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate electronic medical records systems
  • Responding to phone calls and inquiries in a timely manner
  • Processing invoices, collecting payments, and managing insurance claims
  • Providing chaperone support during physical examinations of patients
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures preferred, but not required
