Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient processing of medication orders, accurate labeling and inventory management, and exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing Medication Orders: Process medication orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, track stock consumption, and perform cycle counts to ensure optimal supply chain management.
  • Patient Care: Provide professional and courteous service to patients, addressing their concerns and needs promptly and efficiently.
  • Billing and Administration: Perform billing functions and maintain accurate records, ensuring seamless financial operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician Course (CPTC) or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
