
Office Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Office Support Specialist. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
- Process delivery orders and job orders efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers to meet their needs.
- Manage inventory and stock control to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- A minimum qualification of Nitec or Diploma in Communication or People Management is required.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
- Candidates should be able to multitask effectively with excellent time management skills.
- The ideal candidate will be proactive, committed, meticulous, and able to work independently.
- Good negotiation skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
