Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Office Support Specialist to provide administrative assistance to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to the CEO & Directors, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling phone and email communications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the CEO & Directors
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
    • Handle phone and email communications
  • Travel Assistance:
    • Arrange business travel bookings and visa applications
  • General Administration:
    • Provide general administrative support to the office
    • Manage office facilities and services

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience:

You should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably with experience in managing multiple directors.

Proficient in Microsoft Office:

You must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have excellent computer skills.

  • Maturity and Communication Skills:

You should be mature, patient, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
