Deloitte is seeking an experienced IT leader to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand.

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving our IT audit and advisory services to meet target goals and strengthen our team's capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT GRC and experience in managing multiple engagements concurrently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver high-quality IT audit and advisory services to clients across various industries.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve team performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or IT-related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT GRC, preferably in Big4 firms or corporate companies.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work products and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of IT security configurations, audit concepts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
