Job Title: 3-Month Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

As a 3-month Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. This includes preparing and managing weekly and monthly invoicing for customers, submitting AR transactions through the customer online portal, and preparing monthly statements of accounts. You will also investigate and resolve customer queries, handle staff reimbursements, and provide backup support to team members as needed.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum ITE in Accountancy and at least one year of working experience in a similar role. Familiarity with Autocount is a plus, and you must be able to start work on short notice.
