Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to oversee and manage access reviews within the organization. This involves creating process documentations, scheduling, assigning, and verifying that access reviews are completed timely.


Responsibilities
  • Create process documentations including workflows, process maps, and controls for efficient access management.
  • Schedule, assign, and verify access reviews are completed in a timely manner.
  • Support user requests/queries on access provisioning to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform annual assessments of in-scope applications to be included in user administrative activities review.
  • Perform yearly review and revision of relevant IT governance documents to reflect any process changes and maintain alignment with current policies and best practices.
  • Manage and coordinate with vendors on their assigned access and activity review tasks to ensure compliance and timely execution.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or an equivalent field.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience; preferably in Insurance/Fiscal industry.
  • Familiarity with MAS Technology Risk Management, Cyber Hygiene, MAS Outsourcing, and MAS Business Continuity Management requirement is preferred.
