The Role: We are seeking an experienced IT access operations engineer to manage day-to-day system access operations requests and incidents. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong command of Identity and Access Management concepts, knowledge of identity and access solutions, and experience working with banking applications and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day system access operations requests and incidents
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support project delivery
- Liaise with business stakeholders to manage service level agreements
Requirements:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree holder with 8+ years of work experience in a financial institution or private banking environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts, experience working with identity and access solutions, and knowledge of banking applications and systems.
Essential Skills:
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Knowledge of identity and access solutions (e.g., Active Directory)
- Banking applications and systems
- ITIL, IT Risk concepts, and local banking regulations
