System Access Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Access Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Job Description:
  • Manage day-to-day system access requests and incidents within set service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support delivery on projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to manage service level expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder with 8+ years of work experience in a related field.
  • Strong command of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and operations.
  • Knowledge of identity and access solutions/toolsets and banking applications/systems.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and local banking regulations and standards.
