Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Authorization Specialist. This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of e-HR systems. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that users have the appropriate access levels and that approval workflows run securely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to users on system access and approval processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to login, access rights, and workflow routing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to implement changes or enhancements.
  • Test new access rules and workflows to ensure accuracy before going live.
  • Maintain and update access profiles when organizational changes occur.
  • Handle day-to-day support tickets and issue escalations.
  • Monitor automated access provisioning and deprovisioning, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Perform regular housekeeping of system access and roles in non-production environments.
  • Support audits and risk assessments by providing documentation and ensuring compliance with security principles (least privilege, segregation of duties).

Requirements:
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in authorization, access control, or workflow support. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential for success in this position.
