Authorization and Access Manager
Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Authorization and Access Manager to ensure seamless access to our e-HR system. The successful candidate will provide guidance on system access, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to implement changes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on system access and approval workflows to users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex login, access rights, and workflow routing issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to implement changes or enhancements to the e-HR system.
- Test new access rules and workflows for accuracy before deployment.
- Maintain and update access profiles in response to organizational changes.
- Handle day-to-day support tickets and issue escalations.
- Monitor automated access provisioning and deprovisioning to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in authorization, access control, or workflow support, preferably with SAP, Windows, Weblogic, or Databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with users, vendors, and management.
- Familiarity with IT security concepts such as need-to-know basis, least privilege, and audit controls.
- Able to work onsite and handle both daily operations and project-related tasks.
