Authorization and Access Control Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Authorization and Access Control Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that the right individuals have access to the necessary systems and data at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to users on system access and approval workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to login, access rights, and workflow routing.
  • Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to implement changes or enhancements.
  • Test new access rules and workflows to ensure accuracy before going live.
  • Maintain and update access profiles when organizational changes occur.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in authorization, access control, or workflow support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to work with users, vendors, and management.
