E HR System Workflow Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to support the efficient operation of our e-HR system.
The ideal candidate will ensure that personnel have appropriate access at the right time, and approval workflows (e.g. leave approvals, promotion routing) run securely and efficiently.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Evaluate and implement processes to enhance system performance
- Develop and maintain effective authorization procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve workflow issues
This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing secure workflow solutions
- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Providing training and support to users
The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Expertise in SAP HCM or similar systems
- Strong understanding of workflow management principles
