Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Operate dishwashing machines, glass washing machines, and other equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Sort and store clean wares, and prepare them for delivery to kitchen areas and outlets.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables, and maintain the cleanliness of garbage storages.
  • Monitor and record the temperature of dishwashing machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize cleaning detergents and chemicals in accordance with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to minimize waste.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
