Venue Experience Lead

The key objective of this role is to drive exceptional customer experiences by supporting the Venue Leader in managing a seamless venue operation.
This involves leading a strong focus on customer service, driving quality standards, people management, maintaining a safe working environment, and achieving commercial results.
This role encompasses:
- Maintaining a clean and tidy venue, ensuring team members are aware of their roles and tasks
- Addressing customer concerns or issues with professionalism and care, escalating matters as necessary
- Ensuring food products adhere to operational procedures
- Managing food inventory to maximize sales and profitability
- Ensuring team members comply with company policies and procedures
- Recording and acting upon identified hazards in the venue
- Providing feedback and coaching to build product quality, knowledge, and service skills
- Leading by example, demonstrating expected standards of care and customer service
Furthermore, this role requires excellent coaching, sales, F&B management, food safety, inventory, time management, accountability, customer service, food service, and people management skills.
