Job Title: Loan Transaction Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled professional to facilitate smooth loan transactions for our clients. As a Loan Transaction Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of client inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and preferences.
  • Loan Application Processing: Review and verify loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Borrower Interview: Conduct thorough interviews to assess each case and make informed decisions.
  • Contractual Obligations: Ensure borrowers comprehend loan terms and conditions, and provide them with necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: 4 O-level passes (including English) or higher.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate detail-oriented skills with great follow-up abilities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule (5.5 day work week).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office skills and applications.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated team player with ability to work remotely using technology.

Note:

This role requires on-site work due to performance requirements and is not feasible for remote work.
