Loan Officer Position

This dynamic role involves facilitating smooth loan transactions for valued clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their loan requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Loan Application Processing: Handle loan applications, verify information accuracy, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Borrower Interview: Conduct thorough interviews to assess each case and make informed decisions.
  • Contractual Obligations: Ensure borrowers comprehend loan terms and conditions, and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: 4 O-level passes (including English) or higher.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
  • Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate detail-oriented skills with great follow-up abilities.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule (5.5 day work week).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office skills and applications.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated team player with ability to work remotely using technology.
