Job Title: Senior Transaction Management Specialist

This role plays a vital part in supporting loan origination and lifecycle management for complex syndicated and bilateral loans.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the build and development team to drive loan origination and lifecycle processes.
  • Partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc. to ensure seamless transaction execution.
  • Evaluate data quality, controls, and processes against internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define key performance metrics and risk assessments.
  • Improve group processes, controls, and efficiencies across the loan lifecycle.
  • Manage deal closing pipelines and coordinate loan transactions/lifecycle events.
  • Make informed business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets.
