Loan Transaction Manager

We are seeking a skilled Loan Transaction Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of loan transactions from origination to closing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and controls to support loan origination and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with various business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, and other stakeholders to ensure quality data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with lines of business and transaction management to define and implement operational metrics and risk reviews to provide end-to-end transparency.
  • Constantly improve processes, controls, and efficiencies within the group and front-to-back across loan lifecycle.
  • Take part in loan remediation, system testing, and migrations.
  • Actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.
  • Coordinate and close loan transactions/lifecycle events, capture data, store documentation, troubleshoot issues/roadblocks, and perform quality control.
