Are you looking to enhance and automate loan management systems and processes?
">We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in our team. As a Loan IQ Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for effectively translating business needs into technical solutions.
">This role requires an individual who can utilize their deep knowledge of Loan IQ to improve operational efficiency across loan servicing, reporting, and risk management.
">The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, including syndication, servicing, and reporting. They will also have proven ability to map business processes and optimize workflows.
">Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Loan IQ platform, encompassing configuration, customizations, user support, and integrations with other systems.
- Evaluate current loan workflows, pinpoint areas for improvement, and design and develop streamlined processes for increased accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with operations and finance teams to support and test Loan IQ system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Ensure loan operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Loan IQ-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Loan IQ SDK developer.
- Demonstrable expertise in Loan IQ, including hands-on experience in system configuration and support.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of the loan lifecycle, including syndication, servicing, and reporting.
- Proven ability to map business processes and optimize workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and Excel.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA) and Agile methodologies.
