Loan Lifecycle Specialist

About the Role
">- This position contributes to the growth and success of our loan origination and lifecycle management initiatives, encompassing large complex syndicated and bilateral loans for corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, and trade.
As a key member of our team, you will partner with originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc. to ensure quality data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
- You will work closely with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk/control reviews, ensuring all stakeholders have end-to-end transparency.
- Improving processes, controls, and efficiencies within the group and front-to-back across loan lifecycle is essential to your role.
- Key responsibilities include participating in loan remediation and loan system testing/migrations, actively managing and maintaining a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions, coordinating and closing loan transactions/lifecycle events, capturing data, storing documentation, troubleshooting issues/roadblocks, and performing quality control.
- Assessing risk when making business decisions and demonstrating consideration for our firm's reputation and safeguarding clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations is crucial.
This role requires experience in negotiation, remediation, quality control, commercial real estate, loan origination, healthcare, loans, system testing, transparency, investment management, compliance, transaction management, real estate, acquisitions, and credit risk.
