Loan Origination and Lifecycle Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Loan Origination and Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for someone who wants to work in the dynamic field of loan origination and lifecycle management.
- Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.
Responsibilities include partnering with each of the originating and coverage business lines, credit risk, operations, legal, etc., ensuring that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure all stakeholders have end to end transparency.
This role involves constantly improving processes, controls and efficiencies within the group and front to back across loan lifecycle, taking part in loan remediation and loan system testing/migrations, managing and maintaining a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions, coordinating and closing loan transactions/lifecycle events, capturing data, storing documentation, troubleshooting issues/roadblocks, performing quality control and assessing risk when business decisions are made.
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Requirements:
Proven experience in loan origination and lifecycle management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of financial markets and products, including corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
