About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Governance Specialist to join our team. As a leader in treasury operations, we extend a broad range of capabilities in foreign exchange and derivatives, money market and securities trading, to corporations and financial institutions.

Our Global Financial Markets (GFM) division provides total solutions to serve clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. We have a strong record of providing innovative wealth management solutions to individual investors.

The successful candidate will define, oversee, and strengthen the governance framework, principles, and processes for Sales and Trading activities and practices within GFM. This includes ensuring robust policies, control designs, and monitoring mechanisms are in place, aligning with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

Responsibilities
  • Define and enforce Groupwide GFM best practices and alignment across Headquarters and locations.
  • Support regular reviews and updates on governance frameworks and controls to address new or emerging risks and market developments.
  • Lead workstreams in building new automated, digital, AI/GenAI solutions to enhance governance within GFM.
  • Partner with GFM desks, regional Centers of Development, and support units to drive strategic transformation and continuous enhancements in enterprise processes and employee journeys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, law, finance, economics, risk management, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of GFM financial products, sales and trading processes, and controls, or GFM-related regulations in Singapore is highly desirable.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with passion for continuous learning.
