About Digital Governance Roles

We are seeking a professional to support the development and implementation of IT governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

As part of our team, you will act as intermediary between business units and risk management teams, ensuring robust IT governance and risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support design and enforcement of IT governance policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT-related risks to protect information assets.
  • Support alignment of IT strategies with business goals to contribute to overall mission and objectives.
  • Help establish metrics and KPIs to monitor effectiveness of IT governance practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external regulators to ensure IT governance aligns with organizational needs.
  • Assist with IT audits or control assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Review and update existing IT policies and procedures to ensure they remain effective and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Maintain and align vendor governance practices to ensure consistent evaluation, onboarding, and oversight of IT vendors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks.
  • Certifications such as CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, or ITIL are preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
