**Responsibilities**
As a Governance and Compliance Manager at The GMP Group, you will play a key role in ensuring that our organization adheres to best practices in governance and compliance.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures, collaborating with various HR Centres of Excellence, and providing guidance to HR Business Partners on governance matters.
You will also support the management of the annual Conflict of Interest Declaration Exercise and contribute to system enhancements for the COI declaration form and platform.
Furthermore, you will assist in performing audit checks according to the HR Governance Annual Work Plan and coordinate responses from HR to address recommendations made by external auditors and the MOHH Group Internal Audit teams.
Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure that our organization's overall governance and compliance framework is robust and effective.
