**The responsibilities of this role are**:
- Assist and maintain governance frameworks to align with organisational objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in creating, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organisation.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring effective risk controls.
- Monitor and report on risk management activities, providing recommendations for improvement
- **Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards, such as Cyber Trust Mark (“CTM”), ISO 27001, etc.**:
- **Lead and coordinate efforts to obtain and maintain the certifications.**:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet certification requirements.
- Manage and document processes related to the certifications.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between departments for effective GRC implementation.
- Organise and lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to standards.
- Serve as the point of contact for standard-related inquiries, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Diploma or higher qualification in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Compliance).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) roles.
- **Experience with the CTM or similar certification processes.**:
- Coordination experience, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
- Additional experience in cybersecurity, IT audit, or related GRC areas (added advantage).
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, risk management principles, and compliance requirements.
- Good organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency in GRC tools and software (advantageous).
