At Avensys, we are currently looking for an exceptional SWIFT Production Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skill set and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide production support for our SWIFT application. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the system, addressing operational queries, and performing SIT/UAT tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with SWIFT
  • Good knowledge of SWIFT AMH and experience in configuration, rule setup, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of SWIFT Alliance Gateway (SAG & SNL), HSM, and other related products
  • Familiarity with SIT, UAT, and production environments
  • Analytical skills to analyze user requirements and investigate issues
  • Basic knowledge of Linux commands and SQL queries
