Senior Bakery Production Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bakery Production Specialist to oversee our central kitchen bakery team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and be part of a dynamic team that produces high-quality baked goods.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production planning and employee scheduling processes, ensuring accurate weighing and following daily mixing schedules. They will also be responsible for understanding the characteristics of each dough and performing troubleshooting as needed.
Additionally, they will oversee shaping, baking, and filing procedures, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience in bakery culinary
- Rotating shift (44 hours/6 days) including day and night shifts
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
