Global Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our enterprise batch support team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all issues are tracked and resolved in a timely manner to maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also be expected to work closely with various technical teams, including application support, development, and engineering.
This is a hybrid position, which means you will alternate between working from home and coming into the office 2-3 days a week. As part of this role, you will be required to lead by example, building excellence within yourself and your team. Strong analytical and diagnostic skills are essential for this position, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have experience working directly with customer support to solve technical problems and can commit to execution, follow-through, and timely communication, we would like to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar capacity with experience managing multiple data centers. A Bachelor's Degree or Advanced degree is also required. Experience in working with various technical teams and strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management per the ITIL process is highly desirable.
