Job Title: Senior Executive, Distribution Compensation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive in Distribution Compensation. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who can make a significant impact on our business.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, validating, and processing all financing schemes, contest, and compensation payments to representatives and supervisors under all distribution channels.
  • They will also handle monthly account closing related to sales measurement and ensure that all results and payments are timely and accurately completed.
  • Additionally, they will provide progress reports on all financing schemes, contest, and compensation payments to help representatives and supervisors monitor their progress towards achieving results.
  • They will support the implementation of initiatives to be rolled out by all distribution channels.
  • Furthermore, they will handle e-submission of annual earnings of tied agents to IRAS and ad-hoc income statement requests.
  • Participate in system testing of new product launches and distribution channels' new initiatives to ensure that compensation computation are correctly implemented.
  • Support the rolling out of regulatory changes in areas which impact distribution compensation.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in distribution compensation.
  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline. Candidates lacking certificates but have relevant experience are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in system UAT is preferred.
  • Able to generate reports using Excel Pivot Tables, familiar with MS Word and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Analytical and good with data.
  • Self-motivated and independent worker, results-oriented.
