Job Title: Centre Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to parents and students. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for driving enrolment growth, managing day-to-day centre operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in sales, customer service, and team management. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement lead generation strategies, as well as collaborate with our centre staff to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enrolment activities: parent consultations, centre tours, follow-ups, and closing new sign-ups/renewals.
  • Work with marketing to develop lead generation strategies.
  • Track enrolment data and identify opportunities to maximise conversions.
Customer Experience & Parent Relationships:
  • Act as the primary contact for parents, handling queries and resolving concerns.
  • Build long-term trust and rapport with parents and students.
  • Encourage parent testimonials and online reviews.
Team Leadership & Staff Supervision:
  • Lead and coach centre staff, ensuring service and performance standards are met.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and guide staff in daily operations.
Centre Operations & Programme Quality:
  • Oversee daily centre operations, including class/event readiness.
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and smooth programme delivery.
  • Monitor payroll verification and centre documentation.
Reporting & Administration:
  • Maintain accurate enrolment, invoicing, and financial records.
