This role is responsible for managing the company's workforce needs, including recruitment and administration of both local and foreign workers.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Staffing: Source and recruit staff and site workers to meet project requirements.
- Work Pass & Foreign Manpower Management: Handle applications, renewals, cancellations, and appeals for WP, S Pass, and Employment Pass via WPOL and EPOL.
- HR Operations & Administration: Prepare employment contracts, maintain accurate employee records, and manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related support.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Support welfare, engagement, and training initiatives to enhance staff retention and handle grievances.
Required Skills and Qualifications: The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
