Job Description: Conduct research on support channels and design solutions to support HDB officers handling inquiries from prospective and existing flat owners navigating HDB's housing schemes and application processes. You will be part of the Digital Society Products (DSP) division, responsible for designing and developing software applications that help government agencies to better serve the needs of the people of Singapore with the right technologies and better user experience.

Within your first month, you have understood the overall product strategy and contributed to UX activities in the product. By the end of 3 months, you have led research efforts to identify opportunities for growth or proposed enhancements for existing tracks. Beyond that, you continue to solve problems such as resolving agency pain points and improving ops efficiency.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful projects. You will drive product solutions that service the goals of both users and stakeholders, translating user research into design recommendations and findings. A deep understanding of user centricity and ability to grasp use cases quickly are essential skills for this role.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in end-to-end delivery of digital products, including facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, usability testing, envisioning flows, and delivering hi-fidelity mockups.
  • Experience in Agile and UX development environment is an added advantage.
