About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing campaigns to optimise traffic, Share of Voice (SOV), buyer conversion, and longer-term user retention.

  • Job Description:
  • Identify opportunities and execute projects that result in areas of User Growth for the overall platform.
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to understand key levers of other Shopee programs.
  • Manage budget, set targets, and review campaign performance.
  • Analyse brand health tracking results and identify key areas for brand performance.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and proficiency in quantitative analysis.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and/or Google suite.
