About Our Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable search algorithms and data structures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets our standards for performance, reliability, and security
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a search-related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Familiarity with modern programming languages, such as Java or Python
  • Experience with distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization (e.g., Docker)
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or other advanced technologies
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
