Job Title: Dormitory Support CoordinatorJob Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of worker accommodation, including room assignments, check-ins, check-outs, and maintenance requests.

They will also maintain up-to-date records of dormitory occupancy and assist in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Additionally, they will assist in handling manpower logistics such as transport arrangement and shift schedule dissemination, keep accurate data and documentation of personnel records, and monitor expiry dates of key documents.

Other responsibilities include coordinating distribution of PPE, uniforms, and dormitory necessities, liaising with external vendors or agencies when necessary, and assisting in preparing reports and updates for internal use.

They will also support safety and housekeeping inspections of dormitory premises, compile and verify data for billing related to dormitory and manpower services, and coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for monthly billing cycles.

Furthermore, they will monitor billing schedules, follow up on pending payments or discrepancies, maintain organised records of billing documents and transactions, and assist in preparing internal pricing sheets, quotations, and tender documentation.

Gathering and compiling technical and commercial data from various departments for project proposals and reporting will also be part of their role. They will help monitor compliance with internal processes related to budgeting, procurement, and document control, organize and update internal databases to ensure commercial information is accessible and current, and provide general commercial support to the team on day-to-day matters.
