Building Operations Manager

This is a challenging role for an experienced mechanical engineering professional to lead the operational delivery of projects, manage project teams, and develop strong client relationships.
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Building Services Engineer who will play a key role in making buildings more energy efficient, sustainable, cost-effective, and safe to build and operate.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in building services engineering, with a strong understanding of low-energy design and proven technical expertise in relevant software.
Key responsibilities include managing multiple large-scale projects and teams, developing creative and intuitive design solutions, and delivering to exceed client expectations.
In addition to technical expertise, excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

A Chartered Engineer educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering is required, with vast experience within a building services context.

Required Skills and Qualifications:- Chartered Engineer with degree-level qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
