Job Summary

The Strategic Product Development Director will oversee projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of project budgets, timelines, and scope to guarantee successful project execution.">
  • Liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and mutual understanding of project requirements.">
  • Effective allocation of resources across project teams to achieve project objectives efficiently.">
  • Risk identification and mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.">
  • Regular status updates and reports to track project performance and make necessary adjustments.">

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in contract manufacturing.">
  • Preferred experience in PCBA EMS, contract manufacturing, plastic injection molding, and box builds.">
  • Ability to travel to European and other site locations as needed.">

Estimated Salary: $6,000 + AWS + VB per month
