The Strategic Product Director is a key role at Pepper Internet Technology PTE. LTD., responsible for driving the success of our products from concept to launch and beyond. Salary Estimate
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
This role involves developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives. You will be responsible for defining product goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics. Additionally, you will conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform product development and enhancement decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  3. Create and manage a product roadmap that outlines the product's short-term and long-term development plans.
  4. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business value, and market trends.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to gather and document product requirements.
  6. Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to oversee the product development process.
  7. Ensure that the product is developed on time, within scope, and meets quality standards.
  8. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly and visually appealing product interfaces.
  9. Validate design decisions based on user feedback and usability testing.
  10. Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the product meets defined requirements and quality standards.
  11. Plan and execute product launches, including coordinating marketing, sales, and support efforts.
  12. Analyze product performance and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  13. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including executive management, development teams, marketing, and sales.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of product management experience, with a track record of successful product launches and improvements.
  3. Strong understanding of the market, target audience, and industry trends in which our products operate.
  4. Familiarity with technology, development processes, and product management tools.
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address product challenges and make strategic decisions.
  8. Effective leadership and project management skills to guide the product development process.
  9. Customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of user needs and ability to advocate for user-centric product design.
  10. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and evolving product requirements.
