About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead our Cash Management programme in Global Commercial Banking. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end cash programme to deliver growth while managing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the digital transformation of cash management programme to deliver a delightful end-to-end user experience.
- Understand the beyond-banking needs of business owners across various industries, utilising data to develop ambitious solutions to address their pain points and drive the adoption and utilisation of digital solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop well-defined solutions and customer experiences, and drive change as the cash product programme transforms.
- Ensure the cash programme meets regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate success in collaboration and lead the roll-out of solutions with clear metrics and impact.
Requirements
- Tertiary education with a minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably in SME Banking, Product Management, and/or Trade Finance.
- Able to communicate ideas and views eloquently in presentation and writing.
- Strategic thinker yet detail-oriented, able to distil insights from data.
- Self-motivated and takes initiative, does not shy away from the hard stuff.
- Possesses excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute strategic product initiatives.
- Empathy for customers/business owners.
