Merchant Acquiring Director Role

The successful candidate will lead the full-cycle business development process for merchant acquiring, focusing on onboarded merchants in gaming and e-commerce who need to accept crypto payments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and onboard merchants requiring crypto payment acceptance;
  • Lead all stages of BD: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, signing, integration;
  • Build lasting relationships with key clients through proactive partnership management;
  • Develop targeted go-to-market strategies aligning with product capabilities;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including product, tech, and compliance;
  • Stay informed about the latest crypto payment trends and market competition.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, 5+ years of experience in BD/sales preferably in payments or crypto;
  • Industry connections or experience in gaming or e-commerce is highly valued;
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and results-driven mindset;
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced global environment;
  • Proficiency in English preferred.
