Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain organization, you will be responsible for planning and managing the supply of products to meet customer demand.

Your primary focus will be on conducting monthly pre-S&OP at SKU level across multiple business units. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to gather quantitative and qualitative forecast, new product launches, and promotional plans.

Additionally, you will analyze sales trends based on business activity to improve accuracy, inventory, and service levels. You will also monitor and report slow-moving products and obsolete inventories, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

As a seasoned professional in supply and demand planning, forecasting, or analysis, you will bring a strong analytical mindset and excellent interpersonal skills to the role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply and Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Analysis
  • Strong supply and demand planning skills, with experience in conducting Pre-S&OP at SKU by country/biz group level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
