**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a sharp, proactive Procurement & Demand Planning Specialist to optimize our supply chain and support our explosive growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring product availability, managing supplier relationships, and forecasting demand across multiple SKUs and markets.

️ **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business growth and inventory targets
- Forecast demand across product lines using historical data, market trends, and campaign calendars
- Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance metrics
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstock
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align supply with promotional cycles
- Implement systems and SOPs to improve procurement efficiency and demand accuracyTrack and report key KPIs (e.g., forecast accuracy, lead times, cost savings)

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain roles (DTC or FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and forecasting tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple SKUs and suppliers across geographies
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plusPassion for wellness, nutrition, or consumer health products is a bonus
