Job Summary
- Entegris’ Demand Planning team is looking for a talented individual who is passionate about crafting, implementing, and operating analytical solutions that have direct and measurable impact to Entegris and its customers.
- Key Responsibilities- Improve time-series statistical modeling forecasting accuracy over an 18 month horizon using R and Python on the Google Cloud Platform- Build machine learning models using Python to automate business processes- Analyze structured and unstructured datasets to discover trends and patterns- Ability to dig-in, understand the data, and to use creative thinking and problem-solving skills to design scalable and robust solutions- Present complex information using data visualization techniques through dashboards and reporting such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Requisite Criteria & Skills- Bachelors or master’s degree in Statistics or Mathematics- 2+ years’ experience in Python- 2+ years of experience with time series, with a strong understanding and knowledge in time series forecasting; univariate, multivariate, and ensemble modeling.- 2+ years of experience with database technologies (SQL or others) in querying, creating databases, stored procedures, etc- 1+ year of experience in Google Cloud Platform or similar (AWS, Microsoft Azure)- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
