FWD SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled Life Pricing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for performing life product pricing and contributing to product development through to product launches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head of Pricing in product pricing tasks, including product feasibility assessment, building pricing models, proposing assumptions, performing financial calculations, sensitivity testing, completing pricing reports, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate closely with the team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure new products are launched successfully, complete with robust checks, integration of full workflow, and compliance to relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Develop a strong culture of product innovation through collaboration with partners, customers, internal stakeholders, and re-insurers.
  • Pro-actively identify product and pricing risks and propose solutions.
  • Pro-actively acquire the necessary technical actuarial knowledge to carry out routine pricing tasks, including (but not limited to) RBC2, EV, Prophet, IFRS17, etc.
  • Support in ad-hoc projects to deliver business requirements and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Degree-holder with 1-2 years of experience in life insurance companies.
  • Fresh graduate can be considered.
  • Strong knowledge about the life insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English.
