Regional Head of Learning & Development

Our organisation is seeking a visionary leader to shape and deliver the Regional Learning agenda across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with our global strategy.

Foster a positive learning culture by collaborating closely with HR colleagues and business leaders. Represent the region in defining the group learning strategy and establishing a long-term learning agenda across the APAC region, including China.

Build robust relationships with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to identify learning needs at all organisational levels, including leadership development and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Learning & Development or Leadership Development, with proven team leadership experience in an in-house environment.

Experience in a Talent Consulting capacity is also essential.

Comprehensive end-to-end learning experience, from design to delivery, and expertise in both facilitation and digital learning are required.

Strong stakeholder management skills and familiarity with working in a matrix environment, collaborating across locations, are crucial.
