  • Centre Operations Management: Coordinate with management to develop and implement centre policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff to ensure quality lessons and programme delivery, providing guidance and support to teachers on lesson standards, student progress tracking, and programme quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing an educational centre or tuition centre.
  • Education: Polytechnic Diploma or higher qualification in education or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents and children.
